-Roost

This is one of the best and most feared set from altaria. Dragon Dance to boost stats and release Boosted Outrages and Earthquakes. Roost is for healing.

Grumpig w/ Timid nature while holding Leftovers
~ Calm Mind
~ Substitute
~ Psychic
~ Signal Beam / Hidden Power Fighting/ Shadow Ball

Substitute first them Calm Mind so that you get more Special Bulk. Psychic is a Power overall move for Grumpig and the last slot is mostly filler. Since you’re playing Diamond the best option is shadow ball as the others are acheived by tutoring or breeding IV’s (which is harder).

You can select from a choice of 7 different classes per week, and do them as many times as you like. The video is live streaming though, so you will need to be able to do yoga wherever your computer is.
Some of the workouts really do make you work up a sweat, and you might also end up a little sore afterwards, but not too sore. You will also learn to focus on your muscles and your form even more.
I love the site because it has all kinds of yoga, including kundalini, hatha, vinyasa flow and ashtanga.
If you really want to burn calories while doing yoga and can afford to take some hot yoga classes, that’s the way to go. The room temperature is cranked up to about 110 degrees (which sounds hotter than it feels) and you do Bikram or a modified Bikram set for an hour and a half. It is awesome for burning calories, and the heat helps you go much more deeply into the poses, and you end up less sore afterwards.

So basically I want to know what I could use for that round in a Pokemon Contest, or any battle Strategies you can think of. It’s for a roleplay site, in case you’re wondering. My character has the following pokemon;
Espeon
Jolteon
Glaceon
Any other Eeveelution suggestions are welcome, since catching them all is her goal at the moment.

For Jolteon, Learn Rain dance and thunder, these moves combo off each other, meaning you get double points. Use these over and over to get the maximum Plus, the moves combo well in battle as well, with thunder increasing in accuracy when rain dance is in effect.. For Espeon, Learn Calm mind and psychic. Calm mind increases condition (I think), which gives all your moves an extra star. This alsocombos with psychic. In battle, psychic is a staple Espeon move, and calm mind raises Espeon’s already nice special attack, as well as special defense to make her a force to be reckoned with. My other set is for Flareon (Sorry Glaceon). Learn sunny day and flamethrower for the same reasons as Jolteon: It combos. Flamethrower’s power is increased 1.5 times with sunny day in battle, too. Oh, and on the last round, use hyper beam for Espeon and Jolteon, Giga impact for Flareon. Hope that helps!

Does anyone have any suggestions to a job or career that is available to do for someone that moves around so much? I have worked on base before and am just looking for something with a little more meaning. Any help is much appreciated and I am not looking for anything specific, just a job that allows me to travel as much as we do that is fulfilling.

I am in the same boat! I got my BA is psychology before my husband and I got married and it seems like a great field for our situation. I am going back to school to get my masters in early childhood psychological development. After talking to the Employment Readiness, I think this is the perfect field for an army wife. Once I get a job on post, if they move my husband to another installation, my name goes to the top of the list at the next installation (okay, maybe not the very top, but closer than it would be normally). The ladies I talked to at Psych Services said that they have many psychologists for the soldiers, but hardly any for the families. And I am not a soldier. Sure, I would be able to listen and help, but I haven’t been in their situation. Now the families on the other hand… we’ve all been there. Kids need help and support too! And when dad’s away and they move all the time… it can create some issues.

I was always told that wives couldn’t have actual careers. I call BS!! Posts are little towns all into themselves. And there are special services for the soldiers (like psych services) that need qualified educated people. We wives can have jobs while our husband are soldiers, we just have to find the right place!
