How to calm nerves before dance competition?

I have a dance competition next weekend and usually, I get really nervous. How do I calm my nerves? Thanks!

Burn off your extra adrenaline right before you perform. (jumping jacks, running around) Get your heart rate up first then take some deep breaths to slow it down. Go out and have a great show!
