What should I make for my sweet treat competition?

Our school is having a big competition in which Bobby Flay is supposed to be a guest/celebrity judge for charity and I am entering with a partner. There is a secret ingredient of peppermint that has to be used in a cake, cookie, sweet, or candy. We were planning to melt some chocolate and make little molded cups, but where could we go from that?

How about melted chocolate with some peppermint extract, then use it to coat Ritz crackers?
