How do you make middle earth Elvish Fairy costumes for teenagers?

These costumes are needed to be very detailed and very Elven fairy like with attention to detail. This is needed for a final project in Art. Price is not an option. I would perfer how to make the costumes, and good ideas for designs, rather than buying the costumes. I need four distinct ideas please and thank you

  2. Just go to JoAnn Fabrics and look in the costume section of the pattern books. Find one that looks close to what you want to do, buy the pattern and then change and detail it the way you want. Lower or alter the neckline, change the sleeves, do something with the skirt. Embelish. Use silk leaves, add sections of leather or gauzy fabric, overlay things. Add beads or crystals. It’s called altering an existing patten to produce something new and unique.

  4. use a pattern for a Renaissance Faire dress. or get a medieval Halloween costume dress, take the pieces apart and use them as your pattern for better fabric, and i think you mean price is no OBJECT.
