It Must Compliment You

Not matter what fitness routine or program or even trainer you get, they must all compliment you and make you feel good and confident. If they don’t then you are just setting yourself up for failure.

So what types of fitness programs will compliment you? It really depends on your goals. If you want to tighten your body up then you will have to do resistance training because you will have to build some lean muscle.

If you are wanting to burn fat then the same is required… it really comes down to how back you want your body and life to change. If you want it bad enough then you can do pretty much anything and make it complement you.
