Another good exercise for your abs that works the abdominals indirectly is the hunch deadlift. You basically cradle a barbell in your arms as if you are holding a baby. Slightly
bend your knees, and bend forward while keeping your back straight. Once you go down to parallel to the ground, return to the starting position and repeat for a total of eight to ten reps. This is a great alternate exercise that works both your abs and your lower back making the muscles tight and tone to look really good with low levels of body fat. Repeat this exercise every third day.
