Natural food advocates who hate the thought of processed food, will fall in love with the caveman diet. When people think of cavemen or cave women they don’t have an inkling that they were fat by any means. The ancestor that this diet refers was definitely an hunter/gatherer, but they were cave dwellers. The people who we are really referring to with this diet we nomadic and traveled the plains and the jungles. All the evidence that we have to those people at he time were point to them being muscular, lean and healthy people that did not have all of the chronic ailments we suffer from in today’s time.
