My friend has some things in her shoes to stop her shoes from getting a crease. She says you just insert them inside the shoe and they stay in place; keeping the shoes from creasing. What are the name of these things? Or what can I buy to permanantly go inside my shoes to keep them from creasing????? Where can I buy them from?

   Sounds like you are describing a shoe horn. I think you can get them at a store like Macy’s or Dillards.
