i know black and white match with everything, and most people will say wear either black or white shoes, but i want the shoes to make the outfit. my dress has a white bow at the top and the rest is black, any suggestions?

I’d say red. Red makes black and white less neutral and will give you an extra "pop" when someone looks at you.

   Get shoes that are white and another color or black and another color. Or you could just get colored flats. You could get gold or silver shiny ones?

    Something bright, like yellows, reds, purples, ect. Also please don’t wear silver or pink, it looks weird. by weird i mean it looks cheap.
