    This song applies even more so in the present day, even as opposed to ‘93 when it was written…The early nineties was the beginning of the complete downward spiral of the world…And now we’re so close to the end and people still don’t realize it…The human race is so ed…And rightfully so.

    Je n’avais jamais vu le film Philadelphie jusqu’à samedi soir… J’ai été réellement bouleversée de voir la réaction des gens face au Sida… et touchée par la performance incroyable de Tom Hanks. Cette chanson de Bruce Springsteen est magnifique et me tire quelques larmes à chaque fois que je l’entends, encore plus depuis que j’ai vu le film. Elle prend désormais tout son sens.

    the best part of this, is that he was actually singing this on location, this is not the actually song, its the same beat and everything but his singing is actually being done while he was walking..you can see the microphone on his shirt toward the end of the video.

    Bruce Springsteen is an american legend, we should all pay tribute before its to late. I love you Bruce!
