How do I get a street plate for my dirt bike in Massachusetts?

Looking to see if any riders out there know any tricks to get your dirt bike street legal for enduros and turkey runs. I have a Honda CRF 250X and my father has an XR 400 and we haven’t been able to do many club events because our bikes aren’t street registered. At the events, mostly all the riders don’t have mirrors, blinkers, horn, etc., but were still able to obtain a street plate. One of the club members told me that Vermont is fairly lenient in giving out street plates.

Contact your DMV. and motorcycle clubs .You need dual bike with street legal things that you will be fine. not just off road bike .

  3. You can get any off road vehicle registered, including dirt bikes.
Bring proof of ownership to the DMV and they will give you the forms to fill out.
Your bikes will not be street legal if they don’t pass inspection.
Headlight high & low beam, taillight, brake light, horn, mirror.
Most events will not let you participate if you bike is not street legal
    Check with the event promoters.
