What are the street entrances north and south bound for FDR and West Side highway in New York City?

Can anyone provide street entrances for north and sound bound taking FDR or West Side Highway in Manhattan(NYC)?.Also, I heard that driving in the daytime in Manhattan is really hectic as there are too many no turns allowed. Any help on that as to where no turns are allowed above 14th street to Midtown?.
